At GoLite Mobile, we understand that losing your SIM card can be stressful. To ensure your security and uninterrupted service, we have a seamless process to help you report, replace, and reactivate your lost SIM quickly and securely.
Reporting a Lost or Stolen SIM

Log in to My GoLite Mobile at
GoLiteMobile.com/Support and
navigate to the “Lost SIM” section.

Fees & Charges for new SIM
First Replacement:
The first SIM replacement within a 12-month period is free.
Subsequent Replacements
Additional replacements within a year may incur a $10 replacement fee (excluding eSIM activations).
Expedited Shipping
Fees may apply based on shipping speed and location.
Go Protect Subscribers
If you are enrolled in Go Protect, all SIM replacements
(physical or eSIM) are free of charge.
